There is a lot to be said for portraits. This one is random. I am not formal which is to say that my shots are taken without formal posing. I just point my camera in the general direction, press the shutter, and hope for the best. Ha ha. It’s not that simple minded but nearly so. I somehow end up with a few good shots. Skill? Or luck? The camera is on automatic and I compose the shot. You have to check exposure and focus to be sure. I probably did not. And in the end it’s a good shot. Happy birthday. This is my favorite daughter.
