I presume this is the image that Jen shot first. She then processed the white balance to produce a more pleasing sky and skyline. You’re now seeing what the camera sees. A sky blue day will have a blue cast. At midday with the sunny shining brigtly you will have more of yellowish cast. Evening and morning give a pink glow with the sun on the horizon. If you see this color then you can take advantage as dramatic sunsets can be so striking. Otherwise you have the option to color correct in post processing. If you shoot a raw image then white balance is corrected in your image program instead of the camera itself.
